Bu yaz\u0131da, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma vizesi alma s\u00fcrecini, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma vizelerinin s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar\u0131n\u0131 ve T\u00fcrk i\u015fyerinde hem i\u015fverenlerin hem de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n hak ve sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 ana hatlar\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131klayaca\u011f\u0131z. Bu izinler, bu ki\u015filere sa\u011flanan koruma veya stat\u00fc sona erdi\u011finde sona erer.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma izni ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan yabanc\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7ici koruma s\u00fcresi sona ererse, ba\u015fka bir i\u015fleme gerek kalmaks\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izinleri de kendili\u011finden sona erer. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma izni ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan yabanc\u0131n\u0131n uluslararas\u0131 koruma ba\u015fvurusu reddedilirse \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni de sonland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma izni ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir yabanc\u0131 ayn\u0131 i\u015fveren i\u00e7in ayn\u0131 i\u015fte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak isterse, mevcut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izninin sona erme tarihinden en az iki ay \u00f6nce ve her hal\u00fckarda i\u015fverenin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izninin uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u015fvurmas\u0131 gerekir. \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni sona erer. Uzatma ba\u015fvurular\u0131 da e-Devlet portal\u0131 \u00fczerinden online olarak yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>\u0130\u015f\u00e7i ile i\u015fveren aras\u0131ndaki i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni s\u00fcresi dolmadan feshedilirse, i\u015fveren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izninin iptalini talep etmelidir. \u0130ptal talepleri e-izin sistemi \u00fczerinden online olarak yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Yabanc\u0131lara verilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izinleri, sadece izin belgesinde belirtilen i\u015fyeri ve adreste ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/li>\n<li>Hem i\u015fverenin hem de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n i\u015fyerinde hak ve sorumluluklar\u0131 vard\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma izni ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan yabanc\u0131, ayn\u0131 i\u015fveren i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131 ile ayn\u0131 hak ve sorumluluklara sahiptir.<\/li>\n<li>Ge\u00e7ici koruma sa\u011flanan yabanc\u0131lar, uluslararas\u0131 koruma ba\u015fvuru sahipleri ve \u015fartl\u0131 m\u00fclteciler mevsimlik tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k i\u015flerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni muafiyeti ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilirler. Mevsimlik tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k i\u015flerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni muafiyeti ba\u015fvurular\u0131 yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n kendileri taraf\u0131ndan kay\u0131tl\u0131 olduklar\u0131 ildeki \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve \u0130\u015f Kurumu \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne yap\u0131l\u0131r. Bu belgeler \u00fccretsiz olarak verilmektedir.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00fcrkiye&#039;de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni olmadan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak, s\u0131n\u0131r d\u0131\u015f\u0131 edilmenize, idari para cezas\u0131na ve yasalar kapsam\u0131nda i\u015f\u00e7ilere tan\u0131nan hak ve korumalardan yararlanamaman\u0131za neden olabilir.
