Maddesi gere\u011fince)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Yabanc\u0131lara yasak olan meslekler kural\u0131na \u201cT\u00fcrk as\u0131ll\u0131 yabanc\u0131lar\u201d istisna te\u015fkil etmektedir.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk k\u00f6kenli yabanc\u0131lar i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni almalar\u0131 gerekiyor ancak <strong>muaf<\/strong> kriterlerden. Ancak yabanc\u0131lara yasak olan meslekleri serbest\u00e7e icra edebileceklerdir. 4817 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun ve ilgili mevzuat ile T\u00fcrk as\u0131ll\u0131 yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikler, yabanc\u0131lara yasak olan mesleklere ili\u015fkin herhangi bir h\u00fck\u00fcm
