1. <\/strong>Yasal kalma hakk\u0131n\u0131 ihlal etmesine ra\u011fmen, <\/strong>A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ko\u015fullarda \u00fclkeyi terk eden yabanc\u0131lar giri\u015f yasa\u011f\u0131 karar\u0131 al\u0131nmaz.<\/g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc><\/p>\n

B.<\/strong> 3 aya kadar (3 ay hari\u00e7) <\/strong>s\u0131n\u0131r d\u0131\u015f\u0131 etme karar\u0131 ile T\u00fcrkiye'den ayr\u0131labilirler.  <\/strong> kendilerine tan\u0131nan s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yapmak \u00fczere s\u0131n\u0131r kap\u0131lar\u0131na gelen ve \u00fccretini \u00f6deyen 492 say\u0131l\u0131 Har\u00e7lar Kanunundan kaynaklanan idari para cezalar\u0131 <\/strong>yabanc\u0131lar<\/p>\n
