Bu platform, kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i ba\u015fvuru formunu doldurmas\u0131na ve gerekli belgeleri y\u00fcklemesine olanak tan\u0131r. Bunu postalay\u0131n, i\u015fverenin do\u011frudan \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u015fahsen ba\u015fvurmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Ba\u015fvuru sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde e-posta yoluyla g\u00f6nderilecektir.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00fcrkiye D\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki Yabanc\u0131lar \u0130\u00e7in Ba\u015fvuru S\u00fcreci<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\u0130kamet ettikleri veya vatanda\u015f\u0131 olduklar\u0131 \u00fclkedeki bir T\u00fcrk konsoloslu\u011funa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni ba\u015fvurusunda bulunun.<\/li>\n<li>\u0130\u015fveren, Bakanl\u0131\u011fa hem \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i hem de do\u011frudan ba\u015fvurular\u0131 10 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde y\u00f6netir.<\/li>\n<li>Yabanc\u0131lar, Bakanl\u0131k onay\u0131 ile 90 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde T\u00fcrk konsolosluklar\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma vizesi ba\u015fvurusunda bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Ge\u00e7erli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni ayn\u0131 zamanda oturma izni olarak da i\u015flev g\u00f6r\u00fcr.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrk Konsolosluklar\u0131 Arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla Ba\u015fvuru \u0130\u00e7in Gerekli Belgeler<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pasaportun asl\u0131 ve fotokopisi<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma vizesi ba\u015fvuru formu<\/li>\n<li>iki foto\u011fraf<\/li>\n<li>\u0130\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>T\u00fcrkiye&#039;deki Yabanc\u0131lar \u0130\u00e7in Ba\u015fvuru S\u00fcreci<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En az 6 ay ge\u00e7erli ikametgah\u0131 olan yabanc\u0131lar:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Do\u011frudan \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u015fvurunuz.<\/li>\n<li>\u0130\u015fverenler de do\u011frudan Bakanl\u0131\u011fa ba\u015fvurmak zorundad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7evrimi\u00e7i ba\u015fvuruyu yay\u0131nlay\u0131n; i\u015fverenin 6 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde Bakanl\u0131\u011fa \u015fahsen ba\u015fvurmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>T\u00fcrkiye&#039;de Yabanc\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar \u0130\u00e7in Zorunlu Asgari Maa\u015flar<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#039;de yabanc\u0131 personel i\u015fe al\u0131rken, maa\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n pozisyonun sorumluluklar\u0131 ve nitelikleri ile uyumlu olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Uyumlulu\u011fu sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in genel kriterler ve ad\u0131mlar a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dad\u0131r:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Temel gereksinimler<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00d6denmi\u015f sermayesi en az 100.000 TL olan \u015firketler, 5 sigortal\u0131 T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 \u015fart\u0131yla yabanc\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni alabilir.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00d6rnek<\/strong>: Bir firma 3 yabanc\u0131 personel istihdam etmek istiyorsa, bordrosunda en az 15 sigortal\u0131 T\u00fcrk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bulundurmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ev hizmetlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak isteyen yabanc\u0131lar i\u00e7in prosed\u00fcr de\u011fi\u015febilir.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma izni ba\u015fvurusu genellikle i\u015fveren veya vekili taraf\u0131ndan elektronik imza kullan\u0131larak yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>\u0130\u015fverenler \u0130\u00e7in Temel Kriterler<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>T\u00fcrk \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Kontenjan\u0131<\/strong>: \u015eirkette sigortal\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan en az 5 T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00d6rnek<\/strong>: Bir firma 5 yabanc\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7i istihdam etmek istiyorsa 25 sigortal\u0131 T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131 istihdam ediyor olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yabanc\u0131 Ortak De\u011ferlendirmesi<\/strong>: \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma izni istenen yabanc\u0131 \u015fah\u0131s \u015firkete ortak ise \u015firketin 1 y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izninin son 6 ay\u0131nda 5 sigortal\u0131 T\u00fcrk i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma \u015fart\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 gerekir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6denmi\u015f Sermaye<\/strong>: \u015eirketin \u00f6denmi\u015f sermayesi en az 100.000 TL olmal\u0131d\u0131r. De\u011filse, \u015firket sermayesini art\u0131rmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmelidir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0130\u015fletme Geliri<\/strong>: Firman\u0131n br\u00fct sat\u0131\u015f tutar\u0131 en az 800.000 TL veya son y\u0131ldaki ihracat tutar\u0131 en az $250.000 TL olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Elektronik \u0130mza<\/strong>: \u015eirket, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni de dahil olmak \u00fczere baz\u0131 resmi ba\u015fvurular\u0131 i\u015flemek i\u00e7in elektronik imzaya sahip olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u015eirketler bu y\u00f6nergelere ba\u011fl\u0131 kalarak yabanc\u0131 yetenekleri i\u015fe alma s\u00fcrecini kolayla\u015ft\u0131rabilir ve T\u00fcrk i\u015f kanunlar\u0131na uygun olmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayabilir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>T\u00fcrkiye&#039;de \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u0130znini Uzatma<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Uzatma ba\u015fvurular\u0131 da \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#039;na yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u00c7evrimi\u00e7i ba\u015fvurudan sonra, do\u011frudan ba\u015fvuru 6 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde tamamlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.
