According to the Law on Foreigners and International Protection (YUKK) numbered 6458, residence permit refers to the permit issued to stay in Turkey. This permit, issued by the competent authorities, gives the foreigner the right to live in our country for a certain period of time and in a certain place. If you want to stay in Turkey more than 30 days to 90 days as a tourist or because of your work, you must apply for a touristic residence permit. So, which documents are required to get a tourist residence permit? In this article, we will try to inform you about this. 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TOURISTIC RESIDENCE PERMIT

> Residence permit application form ( Appointment Document)
> Private health insurance (The insurance period should cover the residence permit period requested.
> 4 pieces of photos  (The background should be white and biometric, taken within the last 6 months. Do not upload family photos, selfies, outdated or black and white photos that make it difficult for you to be recognized)< /span>
> Original and photocopy of passport or substitute document (with credentials and photo)< /div>

> If you are staying with a rental agreement, notarized copy of your agreement
If you are staying in places such as hotels, please include the documents proving your stay in these places. If you are staying in a student dormitory, you must attach the e-signed/signed and stamped/sealed document that you are staying in the dormitory to your application. 3rd person       In case of staying with (other than relatives) the notarized commitment of the person staying with him (if the person staying with him is married, also the notarized commitment of his spouse) is sought. Hospitality for employment, home and care services, unauthorized       it is considered within the scope of work, and in such cases, an administrative fine is imposed on the foreigner and the employer, and deportation proceedings are initiated for the foreigner at the employer’s expense for travel and other expenses.
