According to recent reports from Russian media, Turkey will remain the only country granting citizenship to Russian real estate investors after March 31st, 2023, when Grenada ends its program.

Currently, Turkey and Grenada are the only two countries offering citizenship to Russian investors in exchange for real estate investment, with Grenada’s program ending in March.

Foreigners who invest at least $400,000 in property in Turkey can apply for citizenship. In December 2022, Montenegro discontinued its citizenship program for real estate investors, leaving Turkey as the only option for Russian investors.
