The residence permit application files of all foreigners who have applied for a residence permit in Istanbul and have an appointment between 01.06.2020 and 17.08.2020 will be received by mail/cargo. Foreigners will send the residence permit application file (e-residence application/registration document and other documents based on the application) to the district migration working group presidencies by mail/cargo.
The date range that should be mailed according to the appointment dates is given in the table below.

Evaluation of residence permit applicants will start from the date the application file reaches the relevant district working group presidency.
The application file can be sent via PTT by registered mail or through other cargo companies.
The basic documents to be added to the application file are specified in the e-residence application/registration form according to the residence permit types, and after the evaluation to be made by the administration, additional information and documents may be requested.
