CIRCULAR ON RESTRICTION CODES

Ministry Circular No:2020/17

In case of detection of different identity information of a foreigner with the code “C”,

required updates are made by the unit that determines the restriction records.

A foreigner deported from Turkey; Passport Before Entry Ban Expires

If they change their information (name – surname) and enter Turkey without being noticed, or if they enter a different

if it is determined that he entered Turkey with the country’s passport; put in the past

Entry Ban Codes are reinstated (updated) And EXCLUDED.
