CAN I EXIT ABROAD AFTER APPLICATION FOR A RESIDENCE PERMIT?

A foreigner applying for a residence permit should not leave Turkey before the date of the residence permit application document (appointment document). If he leaves Turkey, his appointment will be invalid. However, we still recommend that you do not log out. 

If a foreigner who does not receive his residence permit card after making an appointment wishes to leave Turkey, he/she may notify the Immigration Administration.
