What is the Ç101 Restriction Code | Foreigners with Visa Violation

According to the Law on Foreigners and International Protection (YUKK) No. 6458, foreign nationals who have overstayed their visa in Turkey and are therefore in an illegal situation may voluntarily leave the country before or after receiving notification from the competent authorities. If they choose to leave within 3 to 6 months after paying the required administrative fines, the Ç-167 restriction code will be applied.

If foreign nationals in Turkey choose to leave and pay the required fines within 6 months of their visa expiration, they will be subject to a 1-month entry ban (deportation). This is known as the Ç-167 Restriction Code.
